职位描述Job description：
1.雅思课程的教学（听力、阅读、写作、口语）；
The ielts teaching (listening, reading, writing, speaking);
2.雅思学术研究工作（教学方法的学习和研究）；
The ielts academic research work (study and research of teaching methods);
3.雅思课程及教材的研发工作（参与教材的编写和教学资料的收集整理）。

职位要求Job requirements:
1、大学英语专业本科以上学历，通过大学英语专业8级，口语流利;

2、音标准，思路清晰，表达能力强 ，掌握有效的教学方法；
